The same person,
every fortnight.
Home cleaning across Perth's north-east. Not a roster of strangers — one person who learns where things go and turns up when she said she would.

What gets done
Every visit, without being asked. If something else needs doing, leave a note on the bench — it is easier than remembering to text.

What it costs
Priced on the house, not the hour — so a slow week costs you the same as a quick one. Fortnightly is the usual; weekly and monthly are the same rate.
Up to 2 bed
$95/visit
Units and townhouses. Usually two and a half hours.
3 to 4 bed
$140/visit
Most homes around here. Around three and a half hours.
5 bed and up
$185/visit
Bigger blocks, second living areas, more bathrooms.
One-off

Moving out, before a party, after the builders. Quoted first.

Where I go
Ellenbrook and out from there. If you are just past the edge of this list, ask anyway — it depends what else is on that day.

Tell me the house and roughly what you are after. I will come back the same day with a number.
No lock-in contract. If it is not working, tell me and we stop. Nobody should need a lawyer to cancel a clean.
Same person each time. If I am away you will know a fortnight out, and I would rather skip a visit than send someone you have not met.
Products are included — and if anyone in the house reacts to something, say so and I will swap it.
