Applecross · Since 2009

Forty minutes,
and nobody rushing you out.

One physiotherapist, one patient, one room. No double bookings, no handing you to an assistant halfway through, and a plan short enough that you will actually do it.

A quiet treatment room with a plinth, a stool and a window looking onto green leaves.

What people come in with

Most of it is one of these. If yours is not, ring and ask — it is a two minute conversation and it saves you a wasted appointment.

Backs and necks

Desk necks, lifting injuries, the ache that arrived without a story.

Shoulders

Rotator cuffs, frozen shoulder, and the ones that only hurt overhead.

Knees and hips

Running injuries, arthritis management, and getting back after a replacement.

Ankles and feet

Sprains that did not settle, plantar pain, and returning to sport properly.

After surgery

Working to your surgeon's protocol, at the pace your body actually allows.

Staying upright

Balance and strength work for people who would rather not have a fall.

Your first visit

Bring shorts or something you can move in, and any scans you have. You do not need a referral unless you are claiming through a scheme.

01

We talk first

What happened, what makes it worse, and what you want to get back to doing.

02

We look at it moving

Not just the sore bit — usually the problem is being caused somewhere else.

03

Hands on, then

Treatment on the day, so you leave feeling different rather than just informed.

04

Three things to do

Not a printout of twelve exercises you will ignore. Three, written down.

Fees

We can process private health on the spot if you bring your card.

Initial consultationForty minutes$120
Standard follow-upThirty minutes$95
Extended follow-upForty-five minutes, complex cases$135

Book an appointment

Tell us roughly when suits and what is bothering you. We will come back with a time.

No referral needed for a standard private appointment. You only need one if you are claiming under a Medicare care plan, DVA or workers' compensation.

Running late is fine — ring and we will use what is left of the time rather than turn you away.

Cancellations inside four hours are charged half, because the slot cannot be filled. Outside that, no charge and no awkwardness.
